Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Gudru is a mastery-based mathematics learning application designed for children. The service is operated by the Gudru team. It is intended for families - parents create and manage children's profiles.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

• -Parents / guardians are responsible for all activity on their account
• -You must hold a valid Google account to create a family profile
• -You may not create fake accounts or use another person's credentials
• -Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

Gudru is intended solely for lawful educational purposes. You may not: attempt to circumvent security systems; use automated tools to scrape data; resell access to your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app - text, graphics, logos, algorithms - belongs to Gudru. The licence to use the app is personal and non-transferable. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works is not permitted.

5. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend the service for maintenance and will give advance notice where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gudru is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, absence of guaranteed learning outcomes, or hardware failures. Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Payments

Gudru is a subscription service. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 30-day free trial upon first subscription. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the rate selected (monthly or annual). Payment is processed through the App Store or Google Play. You may cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any pricing changes.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the app or by writing to support@gudru.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms without prior notice. You can also delete your account online.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
