Delete Account

You can delete your Gudru account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Gudru app:

  1. 1.Open the Gudru app and sign in as a parent
  2. 2.Tap the ··· menu in the top-right corner of the parent dashboard
  3. 3.Select "Delete account"
  4. 4.Confirm when prompted

Your account is scheduled for deletion 7 days after your request. You can cancel within that window by tapping "Cancel deletion" in the app. After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

  • -Your parent account and sign-in credentials
  • -All child profiles linked to your account
  • -All learning progress, task history, and streak data
  • -Your subscription record (cancellation handled separately by the App Store / Google Play)
  • -Device tokens and any stored preferences

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account manually within 7 days:
